A zenekar 1999-ben alakult Fóton a Retorzio(R.I.P.) nevű old school thrash banda tagjaiból. Akkori felállás: Herr F.P.-dobok, Faszpap-basszusgitár, és Hóhér-gitár, ének, kisegítőcigány: Eté-üllő, kalapács. Ekkor a zenekar stílusa vasutas grind volt.
Volt pár Radikális Amputáció koncert: fóti művház, fóti majális (kb. 50 vénkurva és kisfasz előtt), Vácon egy iskola szalagavatóján, a Total Metal klubban a Baskíria előtt és Kiskunhalason a Din-Addict és a Ron Jeremy (Jackék projectje) előtt, ahol kb. 100 fizetővendég volt. 2000 körül a zenekar feloszlott.
Ezután készült el a Vomited Broth nevű shitgrind project lemeze(Rock & Gore) a következő felállásban: Hóhér-ének, Trendkill-gitár és Roland, a japán dobos. 2002 augusztusában volt a Radikális reunion, az új felállás: Herr F.P-dobok, Faszpap-basszusgitár, Trendkill-gitár és Hóhér-ének lett. Ekkor volt egy koncert a Total Metal klubban a Megazetor előtt, és egy a Simon?s klubban a Megazetor előtt. Ezután Faszpap bevonult a honvédségbe, ezért a basszusgitárt Hóhér vette át. Ebben a felállásban adta a zenekar a következő nagysikerű koncertjét a Kultiplexben 2003 márciusában kb. 300 ember és a Megazetor, a Depths Of Dephravity, a Casketgarden, a Gholgoth, és az osztrák beteges death-grind legenda a Pungent Stench előtt. Ezen a koncerten a kisegítő cigányok: Aberrált Áron, Kagf(Megazetor) és Bánusz(Borsicica R.I.P.) voltak.
A következő Radikális Amputáció koncert 2003 augusztusában volt a Tilos sátorban a 7. Örök kárhozatra ítélve fesztiválon. A koncerten kb. 5-600 néző volt, és olyan fellépők, mint Gutted, Gholgoth, Depths Of Depravity, Rapid Force(szerb), Malediction, Megazetor, Dark Clouds. Ezen a koncerten mutatkozott be az új énekes Flekó, és Trendkill balesete(kéztörés) miatt Kagf(Megazetor) gitározott, és Trendkill átvette a vokált Flekó mellett.
A Radikális Amputáció 5 hónap szünet után Ismét adott egy koncertet a csepeli Voodoo klubban 2004 januárjában a Koprofaagia és a Din-Addict társaságában. Itt már a megszilárdult felállás játszott: Flekó-ének, Trendkill -gitár, Hóhér-basszusgitár és Herr F.P. dobok.
Ugyanez a felállás rögzítette márciusban az első demóját Demo2004 címmel. A dobok Csepelen Kalács Józsi próbatermében lettek rögzítve a gitárok, a basszus, és az ének pedig Trendkill lakásán.
A demót hamarosan kiadja a taiwani Rottenpyosis distributions egy spliten a kanadai Spermswamp, és a német Plasma-val együtt, várhatóan 1000 példány készül.
Májusban új tag csatlakozott a zenekarhoz, Scaffold Linda a Scaffold zenekar énekesnője, Flekó mellett ő nyomja a vokált.
2004 vége felé S.Linda befejezte pályfutását a társulatban, majd 2005. februárjában Flekó is kibaszta magát.
Innentől egy darabig Hóhér nyomta a vokált és a basszust.
2005 második felében csatlakozott a társulathoz elöször MK. Atorz (ex Neurall Booster, Korog), majd Hajnali Sándor (Gutted), mindketten vokáloznak. 2005 végén kiszállt Hóhér és KAGF lépett a helyére basszusgitározni.

The band was formed in 1999 in Fót, from the members of the old school trash band Retorzio(R.I.P.). The first line up was: Herr F.P. - drums, Faszpap - bass, and Hóhér - guitar, vocals. Assistant gipsy: Eté - hammer and anvil. The music style of this period was railway grind.
There were some concerts: Fót Community Centre, Fót May-day (in front of about 50 old bitch and small dick), in Vác at a school's party, in Total Metal Club before Baskíria, and in Kiskunhalas before Din-Addict and Ron Jeremy (Jacks' project) where there were about 100 people. In about 2000 the band has split.
Then was finished the Vomited Broth named shitgrind project's album (Rock 'N Gore) with the following line-up: Hóhér - vocals, Trendkill - guitar, and Roland, the japanese drummer (drum machine). :-) In the august of 2002 formed Radikális Amputáció reunion, the new line-up was: Herr F.P. - drums, Faszpap - bass, Trendkill - guitar and Hóhér - vocals. Then there were a concert in Total Metal Club, and one in Simon's Pub both before Megazetor. After this Faszpap marched to the army, so the bass was taken by Hóhér. With this line-up the band performed a successfull concert in Kultiplex in the march of 2003, in front of about 300 people and before Megazetor, Depths Of Dephravity, Casketgarden, Gholgoth and the austrian sick death-grind legend Pungent Stench. The assistant gipsies of this concert were: Aberrált Aron, Kagf (Megazetor) and Bánusz (Borsicica - R.I.P.)
The following concert were in the Tilos tent in the Sziget Festival at the 7th Jugded to Gorezone Festival. There were about 5-600 people, and some bands like Gutted, Gholgoth, Depths of Depravity, Rapid Force (serbian), Malediction, Megazetor, Dark Clouds. In this concert debuted the new singer Flekó, and because of Trendkill's accident (arm break) Kagf (Megazetor) played the guitar and Trendkill sang beside Flekó.
After 5 months break the band played a concert in Voodoo Club at Csepel in the January of 2004, with Koprofagia, and Din-Addict. This time with the set line up: Flekó - vocals, Trendkill - guitar, Hóhér - bass and Herr F.P. drums.
The same line-up recorded their first demo in march with the title 'Demo2004'. The drums were recorded in the practise room of Józsi Kalács at Csepel, the guitars, the bass and the vocals were recorded in Trendkill's home.
The demo soon will be released by the Taiwanian Rottenpyosis Distribusions on a split with the Canadian Spermswamp, and the German Plasma. There will be about 1000 copies.
A new member joined the band in may, Linda Scaffold, the singer of the band Scaffold. She will sing beside Flekó.
At the end of 2004 S.Linda was left the band, and February of 2005 Fleko was left too.
Then Hóhér played Bass and Vocal too.
At the second half of 2005, M.K. Atorz (ex Neural Booster, Korog) and Sándor Hajnali (Gutted) joined the band for Singing.
